Heartland Decks, at one time built lower budget decks “builder grade” decks for local contractors, similar to what you might see from a new home builder. This was based on price as well as trying to meet the clients budget needs. However, we found that most wanted a better product for their house after it was built, and we as the Deck Building Company wanted that as well! We have since moved on from those days, now only providing the best decks in Overland Park.
